In the most recent Russia philatelic program for 2013, it seems that this country plans an independent release on May 24, 2013 while it had been initially announced as a joint issue with Czech Republic and Slovakia. Belarus has also planned the issue of a stamp at this occasion (on May 24, 2013), but without any mention of a relation with another country. In fact Russia will issue stamps at a later stage with a different topic: it is related to the 1025th anniversary of the Christening of Kyiv Rus and the stamp that was recently confirmed will be issued apparently jointly with Belarus and Ukraine (appears in the philatelic program of both countries). We are still looking for some complementary information (see below under 2013 October). Belarus and Ukraine will issue stamps at the occasion of the 1150th year of slavic literature respectively on May 24 and 22, 2013.
